Terms of Use

1. Who we are

GreenBet is published by Triage Digital LLC, an Illinois limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the GreenBet app or this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

2. What GreenBet does — and does not do

GreenBet records golf scores, applies the rules of the side games you select, and calculates who owes whom at the end of a round. That calculation is a convenience, not a financial service.

• We never hold, escrow, transfer, or process money.
• Settling up opens Venmo, Cash App or PayPal on your own device with an amount filled in. You review and send the payment yourself, under that provider’s terms.
• We are not a party to any wager between you and other players, and we take no commission, rake, or fee on any amount you settle.
• We do not offer games of chance, a house, a pot, or any form of gambling platform.

3. Your responsibility for your bets

You are responsible for making sure that betting on your own round with your own playing partners is lawful where you are, and for actually paying what you agree to. Disputes about scores, strokes, or payment are between you and the other players. We do not arbitrate them and we cannot reverse a payment made in another app.

4. Accuracy

Scoring math is only as good as what is entered and what is on the loaded scorecard. Handicap indexes, tee ratings, pars and hole indexes can be wrong or out of date, and you can edit them in the app. Check the numbers before you rely on them for money. We provide GreenBet “as is” and do not warrant that every calculation matches your group’s house rules.

5. Accounts

You need an account to score a round. Keep your login to yourself, give us accurate information, and do not use GreenBet to harass other players or to impersonate someone. We may suspend an account that is being used abusively. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account; rounds you played with other people remain in their history so their own records stay intact.

6. GreenBet Pro subscriptions

GreenBet Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store at $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year, charged to your Apple ID. It renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policy, not by us. If we change the price, the change applies to renewals after you are notified.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the app or its course data.
• Do not use GreenBet to run a commercial betting operation or to take a cut of other people’s wagers.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to share, including other people’s personal information.

8. Our content

The GreenBet name, logo, app, and site are ours. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. Scores and rounds you enter remain yours; you give us permission to store and display them to you and to the other players in those rounds so the app can work.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Triage Digital LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for money you did or did not collect from another player, or for amounts greater than what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Apple

Apple is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for the app. Apple has no obligation to provide support for GreenBet. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, if any; otherwise Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change and continued use means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in DuPage County, Illinois.
